Lauryn's update! FINALLY

It's been a very long time since I have written on here!

1st--I want to discuss a matter of the chat box that is on my blog. I ask you kindly, PLEASE do not put your spam or random ADVERTISING on it! My blog is not for advertising!
So, I would like if there would be no advertising.

2nd-I want to say that I am re-editing my book (Green Oak Equestrian Center #1) again because I have found more mistakes. So DO NOT PURCHASE ONE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY! I WILL POST WHEN THE EDITING PROCESS AND NEW COVER AND SIZE WILL BE AVAILABLE! 

3rd-- I thank everyone who has come to my blog and checked-it out...even the chat people.

I will try to post about my update my progress in the editing, but I have school, foreign language studies, book editing, house cleaning/chores, and family. But I will make some time to blog post.
Today I am updating ALLLLLL my blogs!! Yay! :)
So that's another thing I'll be doing. :)

The complete edited and finished first page!

"Okay, Gina better salute the judge before she starts her dressage test!" My horse teacher, Tiana Jones, said as one of my teammates entered the ring for her dressage.

I adjusted my reins nervously. I was about to go and perform my show jumping round in front of the judges. My team and I had been training for this show for five months! I couldn't let them down.

"Number 364, Brooklyn Bell and her horse, Four Leaf Clover, please enter the ring," I heard the announcer call.

I swallowed hard and entered the ring.

I urged Clover to a canter. Cantering Clover towards the two and three feet verticals were easy...it was the three and a half feet spread jump that worried me.

I gave Clover a nudge to encourage her to keep cantering. I glanced over my shoulder and saw the most popular girl, Taylor Hansen, at my school standing on the arena fence! I had this chance to impress her and show her I could be cool too! I kicked Clover faster as we approached the spread jump.

Clover galloped towards the jump. As I readied myself, I could feel Clover's energy and willingness to jump. We were almost to the finish line to victory. I could even see the shiny blue ribbon fluttering in my mind. Two more strides, one more, and..... THUMP!

Clover suddenly jerked herself to a stop so hard, that it sent me over her head, and smashing into the jump.

School is finished, and I finished editing the first 5 pages of my book. I've printed them out 3 times and edited them every time.
I was about to print the other two pages when........Plew! The printer's ink went out!!!
Ahhh!!!

Everything went black.......
 

I have been working on the book all day.... SOOOOOOO tired.

Today!

Today:

• Woke up at 7:11
• sat in bed until 7:21
• Started editing my book
• After small edits, went to take dogs out. 
• Took dogs out, mom comes into the kitchen and tells me dad wants to take me out for breakfast, and then go straight to the horse barn to ride. 
• Quietly look for clothes so I didn't wake Yuliya (my sister) up.
• Went downstairs, got my fav pair of jeans.
• Went upstairs, got my pants on, and then dad and I left.
• Went to McDonald's got some pancakes, covered them with butter and syrup.
• Ate. I pick up the tray of trash while dad gets a refil.
• I throw away the stuff, not seeing dad's keys on the tray. 
• I told dad. We dug in the trash for his keys. Luckily the McD's lady had just changed the trash bag.
• Got the keys, left to the horse barn.
• Got Spangles (my horse) and Sebastian (my dad's horse) 
• Groomed them, fought with them about putting the bit in their mouth.
• Spangles did it, Sebastian didn't. So I made a halter bridle. 
• Almost got trampled by a herd of horses that galloped towards us. 
• We rode our horses bareback for one minute, I chased the other horses away because they were watching us like we were circus clowns.
• We ran back into the barn, I put Sebastian up because dad complained about Sebastian's spine was hurting him.
• Rode Spangles in the other arena with out tons of horses surrounding. 
• Trotted around barrels, and found out that Spangles LOVES barrel racing, and so did I.
• Decided to become a cowgirl, not an English rider.
• Did an AWESOME job barrel racing... no I was not galloping. 
• Later finished riding, brushed Spangles down, and trotted to the pasture where I could let him graze. 
• But before I entered the barn, realized that we left the small gate open... Which is ok. No horses can get in.
• But the one horse that grazes in the small paddock because of her weight, walked into the barn and was sniffing the other horses...
• Asked dad to hold Spangles while I got Annie out. 
• Led Annie out, and dad put Spangles into the pasture.
• Left and vacuumed the van out.
• Went home. 
• I saw the edits that my mom did on my book.
• Edited them.
• Edit them on the computer.  
• Printed the freshly edits pages to go over them again
• Now posting on my blog
• And I'm going to go eat.

PS: I do not own a horse nor does my dad. I meant the horse I ride.

Decided the perfect-es name for my new book.

CHANCE

Story plot will be posted soon, but it's 11:15 at night.
I have to go edit the 6 pages I've written. Staying up till 12 working tonight!

Have a fever, but yet still work on my stories, post on my blog, and watch movies... Not to mention the house cleaning I did alone today! lol!
